Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
By accessing Diagnostack ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may read, print, and share our articles for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.
You may not:
- Republish substantial portions of our content, in any language, without written permission
- Scrape the Site systematically, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on our servers
- Use our content to train commercial machine learning models without permission
- Present our content as your own, or remove attribution and copyright notices
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
2. Intellectual property
All original text, layout, and design on this Site is the property of Younghwan Lee and is protected by copyright. Trademarks, product names, and logos belonging to other companies are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. Accuracy and no warranty
We work hard to keep the guides accurate and current, and we correct errors as soon as we learn about them. Even so, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Software and hardware change frequently. A procedure that is correct today may not be correct after an update, and behaviour can differ by device, region, and version. Always confirm important steps against your manufacturer's own documentation before acting on them.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Younghwan Lee is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Site or the information on it. This includes but is not limited to data loss, device damage, lost profits, or business interruption.
You follow the instructions on this Site at your own risk. Where a guide involves anything that could cause data loss, we say so and tell you to back up first — please take that seriously.
5. Third-party links and advertising
The Site contains links to external websites and displays advertisements served by third-party networks. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link or an advertisement is not an endorsement, and any dealings you have with a third party — including purchases — are solely between you and that third party.
6. Comments and submissions
If you send us a correction, suggestion, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the Site, including incorporating it into an article. You are responsible for making sure anything you send us is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
